I want to know why once one's habits are formed, it's very difficult to change them?


Although you know the habits are wrong, you feel unable to change, once you want to change or stop it from happening, you begin to feel very uncomfortable! I think i am still a normal person, but i've been shifting ideas all over the time, sometimes i think i should believe myself, but when i saw the Wales youngsters suicided, i saw how critical the problem is! Sometime it is more than "mental AIDS","live suffering" that i can describe. It is actually devastating, and i believe is troubling many ppl, actually none of us wants to be bad, just was trapped by a invisible killer, which makes the community difficult to understand. Here i dont wish to be cured, just want to hear your voices, who suffer the same.

Normally i dont like staying with ppl, i dont know if it is called desocialization or isolation, i am also trying to stay with them, but it turns out to be really boring. So you'd rather stay alone before the internet, but you have to self-talk all the time to keep the mind fit.

A habit is a settled tendency or practice..that's why it is difficult to change. like having coffee in the morning for some, tea in the afternoon, and wine in the evening...just practices that a person counts on for their daily routine...or going for a long walk every day...or sitting at the computer every day...just things like that...in order to change one habit, a person usually has to replace it with something else...it's like a matter of passing time...so if we concentrate more on what is really good for us, health, diet, etc. and form good habits, then we don't have to worry about changing habits...everything in moderation is the best way...I think...take care...

i can only refer to smoking here, but as far as i understand it your brain gets used to a certain action or feeling. It then craves it when circumstances change, but after a while of forming new habits you forget the old ones, and the new ones become normal. It is easy to fall back into the old habits though IF YOU WANT TO.

Because they know it , and don't care , they just want to do what they want to do, with out feeling bad about it , if you want to change you already have all you need to do now is walk.
