My dog is weak what medicine can u suggest??

i dont want to be giving wrong advice on here for the sake of your dog but sugar does make a dog hyper. listen to oher people though

If the dog is that weak then you should really take it to the vet. It could be old age or it could be something like Lyme Disease. Go have him checked out.

Why can't you see a vet?
It's never good to guess what's wrong with yourself OR your animals.
Get him to a doctor, they will be able to tell you what's wrong and how to fix it.
If your dog doesn't eat much (and his food is normally dry) try adding water and making it sort of mushy. He'll think it's a treat and eat more. Please don't give him sugar water, it will only make him more sick. Dogs need a healthy diet.

He really should be taken to the vet for a check up but if you have a product called Nutrigel or Nutripet it would be worth a try. It is given by vets to dogs that are to ill to eat or to help stimulate appetite. It will not cure your dog, you will need to go to the vet.

Call you vet and set up payment arrangements before you get there.

A weak dog is not a good thing. If your child was lathargic and can not gain his strength by normal food, would you go on line and ask questions, or go to the doctor?

Give him some Honey or Karo to keep his blood sugar up. If he is not drinking then you will have to help him. Go to a pet store and buy a tube of NutriCal. It will help increase his appetite & provide the vitamins that he need's till u can get him to the vet.

You should go to the vet period! But if hes weak..like he need electrolytes- you can give him children's pedialyte. If hes weak as in needs vitamins you can by pet tabs. If he's bones are weak you can give Glucosamin Chondrotin. For eating you can give boiled chicken and rice. But honestly there maybe an underlying issue at heart, and you might want to get that checked out. (For the sake of your dog) Dogs dont just get weak, nor do they just start eating less...these are clues to you that something is wrong.
