Weight Loss Pill? |
I would like to know if anyone has found a weight loss pill to aid in my weight loss. I am on the Eating For Life Diet by Bill Phillips and also work out with my Trainer 3 times a week. I know there is no miracle cure to losing weight, but back when Ephedra was allowed it worked, although apparently harmed our bodies as well. I do not like taking pills that make me extremely jittery and I don't have money to waste trying them so I thought that it would be better to ask others who may know first hand. http://www.advancedtrim.com worked good for me i took some diet pill, some green tea thing i think, and they worked with no side affects, but when i stopped taking them, i put weight back on, so just do what you're doing cos i think diet pills would probably make it worse in the long term. LET ME KNOW,WHEN YOU FIND ONE,I'D LIKE TO TRY IT ALSO! GOOD LUCK! Weight Loss pills are a joke in my opinion. Why put something in your body that you don't need. It could be dangerous and their are other healthier ways to loss weight. Working out is a must.....so having a trainer is great!! And don't stop working out when you loss the weight, make it a part of your life. I suggest, stay away from the pills and keep working out (do weights and plenty of cardio) and start eating healthier. Try organic foods and don't eat fast food. Watch your portion size too...stop eating when you're full. Good luck! well i have used hCG injections and lost 7 kgs :))) I have tried quiet a few to get that ripped look, none work apart from making your wallet look slimmer. Do you really need a personal trainer? Do some research and save your money and adapt your eating habits. You can still eat well and naughty in moderation. Try your normal diet for a month but reduce each meal by a third, you will see the difference. I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at If you think your problem may be your appetite, you may want to look at prescription strength Acomplia. Rimonabant (also known as Zimulti, Acomplia or Slimona) is an anorectic anti obesity drug. It is a CB1 cannabinoid receptor antagonist. Rimonabant has been found to stop food craving enough to help people lose weight, and could also help curb other unhealthy urges, such as smoking. This is a non-control weightloss solution that in one study, helped people who were overweight drop an average of 20 pounds, and was found to be very useful for patients who suffer from obesity. Ali is some what better. But there are risks like side effects. Why you choose this when you can loose weight in a natural and much safe method. |
