1 vince clarke (depeche mode,yazoo, erasure,assembly)
2 Queen- they're 70's, but live aid 85' they went to immortality!
3 ultravox --2nd in live aid, vienna" an underrated song! classic
4 u2 -- u2 of the 80's the best!
5 judas priest
6 The cure
7 OMD
8 bauhaus
9 front 242
well.. I'll finish later, here doesn't matter my opinion, it's yours!!

OK here goes I'll be DAMNED if i know but i was in a CULT back then , no CURE for it thought i was gonna die , till THE SISTERS OF MERCY took me to their MISSION retreat in an old disused German BAUHAUS .I stayed there for a few weeks with THE JESUS AND MARYCHAIN brigade as i fondly called them . Then as time passed and i no longer had the nightmares of the BANSHEES screaming in my head on the cold and lonely winters nights ,it was time to leave these LORDS OF THE NEW CHURCH . As i walked away i met this stranger ,male , tall , high heels , lippy and micro mini , a bit of a TRANSVISION VAMP i should say ,anyway here he / she was trying to persuade me to go down MARTHAS HARBOUR with him ,not on your Nelly i said , GO DO THE TIME WARP WITH SOMEONE ELSE.......
