Why is it that when a cancer patient survives they say "God healed him" while when he dies "God called him"?

Why is it that when the patient dies they dont say "God ignored him" or "His faith wasnt strong enough"??

We had a famous televagelist who supposedly cured people of cancers,paraplegia,blindness and even AIDS...He blamed the lack of healing due to lack of faith...Yet when he passed away due to kidney failure people say "GOD called him"....

It's called 'win-win'. Fairground stalls use the same kind of psychology.

'They' would be believers in God. Atheists simply say if someone was healed, they went into remission. If someone died...nature took its course.

People have all kinds of differing viewpoints on the issue depending on if they believe in god or not

I dont think televangelists heal people. Either god does it or the power of positive thinking or something, but I dont think
people can heal people that way.
