Can Anyone Help with Final Fantasy XII?

I am in the Golmore Jungle and I am fighting the Elder Wyrm. I know I can just skip it, but I really want to defeat it. First, here's all my characters stats -

Vaan-level 21- armed with handaxe- 3 quickenings-no magicks- HP 1000+
Balthier-level 21-armed with Ancient Sword-3 quickenings-no magicks-HP 1000+
Fran-level 23-armed with Loxley Bow and Onion arrows-3 quickenings-has esuna, fire, disable, protect, berserk, and gravity-HP 1000+ -has a suit of chain mail-can summon Belias.
Basch-level 24-armed with Osafune (Katana)-3 quickenings-cure, and several technicks-HP 1000+
Ashe-level 25- armed with Katana-3 quickenings-cure, aero, fire, esuna, berserk, dark, gravity, protect, immobilize, silence, first aid-HP 986
Penelo-level 21- armed with Loxley Bow and Onion arrows-3 quickenings-cure, esuna, fire, and other black magicks-HP 1000+

Do I need to change anything? Is there another spell I need to cast? Am I leveled enough? Can/will you tell me how to defeat the Elder Wyrm?

Oh, I forgot to put that Vaan actually does have aero. sorry.

Level 25+ recommended. It's weak against Wind so you really should use Aero a lot. You should also buff yourself before advancing to fight it. Rose Corsages will help against Silence status. Esuna Gambit should be set to at least 2 of the characters.

how can u have no magics on ur character. sorry but u have to train ur characters and at least get some magicks to heal ur characters otherwise it owuld be difficult later of in the game. ancient sword is not a good weapon, i'd suggest equipping balthier with a gun because a gun negates all the armour the enemy is wearing. and make use of gambits to auto heal the characters when the hp falls a certain level.

. The Elder Wyrm is going to have a field
day with you. He certainly has no interest in fighting fair. We'll begin
with the basics: start the battle by launching a Quickening chain. This
serves two purposes: one to deal MASSIVE DAMAGE to the boss, and second to
eliminate those two treants he starts off with.

Buffing up your party prior to the battle is once again, a good idea. He has
a regular assortment of physical attacks which aren't particularly powerful,
there are two main attacks you need to watch out for:

The first is a fireball blast which seemingly comes out of nowhere. This is
really only dangerous if the party member it hits is currently covered in Oil
(which, given the boss' pattern of attacks, will likely be most of the time).
You're looking at damage between one and two thousand that can easily wipe a
single character at full HP. Be ready with Phoenix Downs.

Speaking of being ready, you'll want at least two characters to "be ready"
with the Gambit "Any ally: Esuna" given the boss' most dangerous attack:
Sporefall. Similar to Bad Breath in previous games, this inflicts a variety
of negative status effects on every member of your party. Esuna will wipe the
slate clean, but you may have to be ready to use an Echo Herb on someone so
that they can actually cast it.

Nail the boss with your hardest physical attacks. It has a lot of life, and
so this is going to take a lot of work, but if you keep these tips in mind
then you'll at least have a fighting chance.

also do a little training just to be sure.

my characters were at least level 30 but im sure you can just do it with the levels of your characters are.
