Milia and shaving breakouts around mouth?

In recent months I have been having constant milia and whitehead breakouts on my chin and more recently, around my eyes. I have tried every known common sense and home remedy and measure and dietary/lifestyle change to prevent/cure the condition and nothing works. It's driving me insane how they keep coming, disappearing and returning. I also get bad pimple breakouts after shaving even though I'm very careful when I shave, I don't even use the same razor twice. I feel like all the measures I've been taking should add up to atleast an iota of improvement but there hasn't been any. What can I do? I'm planning to see a doc soon about this but what else can I do? There should be something, I mean it's not AIDS it's just a skin condition.. surely there must be some solution!

Ok, I know what you mean because my man had something similar. This is what you can do..First of all, you need to control the sebum levels in your skin 鈥locked pores are causing the milia and the breakouts so you need a deep clean. You can do this at home and may even want a few salon treatments too. If you can, go to a salon for a glycolic peel or use a gentle at-home glycolic peel pack from the chemists. The peel will remove the very thin top layer of skin, clearing your pores and giving you a brighter complexion. After that you need to cleanse your skin morning and night with something gentle but strong enough to keep skin clear. You can pay a lot of money on these washes but I believe keeping it simple is best. Go to a health store and get a natural organic soap..these are cheap and they are also free from the nasty chemicals most face washes contain. Try a vitamin E soap cos Vitamin E is well known for its healing properties. If you get dry skin, use a tiny amount of vitamin E cream to moisterise..but only a tiny amount! Keep to this regime and your face will start to clear. I also suggest you use a mud pack twice a week as a deep clean to remove impurities from the skin. I keep to a similar regime and have great glowing skin and not a single pimple..I also don't have a single wrinkle. I learnt a lot from reading books about skincare and from my friend who is a dermatologist. Keep to the regime I've suggested and you should be on the road to clear skin. But it may take a few weeks ..good luck!
