How come prostitutes get out of jail easily, but marijuana smokers dont?

No matter what anyone says, this is the bottom line:
Prostitues cause a harm to society if it is not professional. (although i dont agree with it at all.) Not only that, but HIV/ AIDS and other STD's put prostitutes and tricks at risks of getting infected.
Marijuana causes no deadly harm to anyone. There is not one proven case where someone has died from weed. There have just been studies that shows Marijuana could be the cure to Alzheimers.
So tell me this. Why did my friend get more time in jail over a half ounce of weed, when in my old neighborhood, prostitutes would be out of jail in a matter of days/ hours?

The law is always easy on females. When a juge looks at a prostitute they don't see a hardened criminal. They see a broken woman that needs to be helped so they always just fine them and urn them lose. I always thought the profession should be legalized and controlled by the government but America is too high on itself to do anything immorale like that while other countries have been doing it for years and racking in all that income tax.

Prostitutes are prostitutes to buy marijuana. You really shouldn't do either. Get a degree, work, and if you can't cope exercise. Unless you are dying and you have no recourse you shouldn't be smoking. It is mind altering and there is no excuse for it. For that matter I don't even like cigarettes. Yea yea I know its in your home. Well that supply and demand are killing people and getting them arrested. It should altogether stop.

because they need to be screwed to.. the prostitutes have already gotten hers before jail.. pot users get theirs in jail...

prostituting is not addictive. weed is. getting high can put people in danger. prostitute's pimps can bail them out

more people smoke than prostitute, this is another way the government has control. the govt. makes more money keeping smokers in jail. but i do agree with you. prostitutes cause diseases, they set up people. and when they go to jail, they suck themselves right out. marijuana does help with pain, glucoma, and alzheimers. but beer/liquor is legal. isnt our govt. the best and honest!!!
