Weird dream what does it mean?

i was at my school and i was fine but suddenly i was really sick and i had to go to the hospital.i was scared because i didnt know what was happening.and finally i found out what i had i was diagnosed with aids and my whole dream i was crying .peple kept telling me i was going to dye and that there was no cure.what does this mean?

dreams are a awaking point, u r one of the lucky one u were giving a feel of life like situation without having it happen to u yet.
