Am i the only one that dont want to have sex EVER?

b/c im real paranoid of catching a disease. You cant guarantee your sex partner feel you are their only partner. Who else lets this paranoia get in the way of their sex life? Or do you just not worry about it and enjoy life? Im scared of aids and know that once you catch it there is no cure. Also a condom can break. Im serious this has taken me over and it just doesn't help when i go to the health dept. in the std room out of curiosity to see whats all out there to catch, those pictures they show makes me sick to my stomach. What should i do?

im far from a virgin, this paranoia just started about 2 years ago. I am 28 years old and started young but NOW im scared.

yes, with the exception of monks, nuns, and priests, you are probably alone. You should take every precaution to make sure that you are having safe sex and just do it.

live life to the fullest. go out there and get laid baby. make sure you go get checked up and whoever your gonna do it with gets checked up. if theyre clean then go and have some fun.

there is no sure way to know. but you can become more familiar with the statistics. Quality condoms worn properly do not often break. and invest in a serious relationship and possibly wait untill marrage. if is scares you that much. take your partner in for a std screening. and explain to him that it is a Phobia that you have. and then have yourself screened every 6 months.

many of them when caught early can be treated and most of the ill effects prevented.

If sex is something you'd like to try despite the STDs and such, you'll have to tell your partner to get screened and take extra precautions. But there isn't anything wrong with your reasons. It does take a lot just to be safe.

You know, chances are that this country is going to get blown to bits soon anyway, so you should just get over it and go f--k til the cows come home. It's fun, you'll be addicted once you start doing it, trust me. You could get killed by a car tomorrow and on your death bed do you really want to be thinking "Man I sure am glad I lived inside some plastic bubble of a life fretting disease, now look I'm dying anyway." NOPE, so get out there, get you some, and quit worrying.

If the worry of diseases is what's bothering you, then don't have sex with random people!

Save it for someone you've been with for a while that you trust and truly care about, and make sure you're well protected- Use condoms and spermicidal lubricant, or condoms and birth control. [( There's a lot of combinations! =P )]

Once you find someone you're sure you could trust and want to have sex with, tell them that you don't want to do it with them until they've been tested. If they really care about you, they'll take the time to get themselves tested to make you feel comfortable and safe.

There are ways to make sure you're safe- if only these highly sexually active people would take that responsibility while they're out whoring around!!!

Honey you are missing alot due to your phobias. when you have someone close to you then both of you go down and get the full blown STD check and on top of that still wear protection. There are also now female spermicidals that have so ingredients to block certain STD's.

The only solution to this problem is to wait until you married. If you are a Christians you know that there is no worry because Jesus will provide. THis means that withoug rushing you should ask God to lead you to the right mate because now a day people just want to satisfy and enjoy themseves. But if you ask Jesus "is he the right man for me". Certain quality you should consider would be his devotion to Christ teachings and his sprituality. So you should definately pray abou this, also, the Bible says that your body is the temple of the holy spirit and you should not have sex before marriage because that is a sin.

Well, hopefully you know who you are being intimate with. If you know them, they know you, then they'd be willing to get tested with you. That would be a better way to live ---careful & responsible NOT delusional & paranoid.

You know, many diseases that humans can 'catch' are more likely to be airborne diseases, viruses, bacterial,... You aren't going to put yourself in the "Bubble Boy" bubble, now are you?

Relax, yes enjoy life, be resonsible,...and remember sex just as anything else in life...takes maturity and yes, some precautionary measures.
