What is the worst disease to have?

in your opinion.

AIDS i think is the worst has no proven cure, just waiting to die. at least with cancer you might have some hope.

**im not saying that one is worser than the other, just in case i offend anyone. im just sayind its the one i would never in life want to have.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis is worse than AIDS...its a horrible death, and it comes within just a few short years. People with AIDS may live longer than that.

There will not be a cure for aids b/c HIV is a virus, not bacteria. Viruses are NOT alive, so you can't cure it. The only answer is prevention.

aids...there is no cure, and even though people have changed for the most part, many people still think it's a disease that condemns you in society, you are seen as a bad or nasty person, since it's most commonly sexually transmitted

The worse one to have is the one that kills you, nothing tops that regardless what disease you have, AID's lowers your resistance to disease, meaning a common cold could kill you.

muscular dystrophy- u become rly weak and have to be in a wheelchair

huntington's- u die a horrible death when ur middle aged

Jesus healed all kinds of disease, had great compassion on sinners, but oddly had the harshest criticisms for those who wanted the control of a rigorous religious system to feel safe in their path to God. And this was God Himself trying to shake them out of this. So for me, the disease of self righteousness which pushes God away kills the soul which is far worse than any physical disease I can think of.

aids is a terrible disease but cancer can be even worse ,it spreads through your body so quickly.i have lost a lot of people from cancer.and one of them was my 5 year old nieces.she died a month ago

AIDS. It's not necessarily waiting to die, though, they have so many medicines and things to help you feel normal and extend your life span.

i think the worse one to have would be one of those ones where you lose all of your capacity and finally die but you remain aware up until the end. aids can have medicine and cancer can have a remission but ones like als or huntingtons you just slowly die.

Yea, Aids I suppose. People with Aids catch it though. People with cancer just get it. I feel worse for people with cancer. Well, depends on the situation but if you got Aids from sleeping around. You kinda asked for it... right?

I dont think AIDS is the worst.. It's Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)

cystic fibrosis is an aweful one. you literally drown in your own mucus. most patients don't live into adulthood.

fibromyalgia is bad, just because it is very painful, and most people still believe it doesn't really exist and the pain is all in the people's heads. there is no known cause, and no known cure. excruciating pain every day, not being able to pick up something as simple as a jug of milk, and not knowing why. and the worst part, is knowing that you will not die from it, and that you will live to be very old and spend every day of that life in misery, only to have people look at you and tell you, 'well, you don't look sick.'

i think all disease's are bad....
