AARRRGGH..Help, its noon, still hung over from last night...?

Urgh...Still feel like s#$% at work need emergency hangover cure! Have first aid cabinet at my disposal, any ideas? Feeling foggy and pukey....need the 180 asap!! Please help!

I am a long time bartender and this question always comes up. Since you have missed your time for preventative measures, here is what you do. It tastes like hell, but grab the big sized pedialyte and advil and take em down. A hangover is an onset of dehydration. Pedialyte is full of electrolytes, like gatorade once was, and still sensitive enough for children's digestion. The advil, or tylenol should help take the edge off the headache. Then just rest a little, you'll be good to go for tonights party!

try an alka seltzer if one not avail. hair of the dog as soon as you get off work

your stuck, this something you should have done earlier. decongestants,juice,choclate, water and some solid food.

Ok first take alka seltzer- two aspirin and eat the greasiest cheeseburger you can,Wendy's works for me!Then I swear later on sip a ice cold beer it will settle your bodies craving.Iknow I know sounds bad HOWEVER it will make you feel better Promise. :}

Hydrate Hydrate! 1 Gateorade and 1 water...3 advil...something along the lines of a bagel...crackers.....bread.... Alkaseltzer would honestly make me puke if I were in your condition...but seems to have worked for others.

Next time: Do the gateorade and 3 advil right before you go to bed... The three advil....very bad for the liver.... as is the drinking that we do to the point where we need three advil before bed!! lol

Eat proteins and drink lots of water

Take Alka Seltzer, and drink some Gatorade.
