How do you feel about child rapists?

I read an article from yesterdays news, it seems that for the past 200 years South African blacks have not learned anything. To this day their healers will tell people if they want to be cured of AIDS, they must have sex with a virgin. This leads to gang rapes and rapes of children as young as 1 year old. Is that the Rich African Culture that blacks in America want to reconnect to?

Since the bleeding heart society pulled the death penalty and shoved them in jails people do as they wish with no fear of being punished.Now we have to pay piles of taxes to feed,cloth,drugs,entertainment etc for years .Better give them a teddy bear,a kiss and let them go. Just thought of another idea,turn em over to us hunters in the fall for target practice.Fun,fun,fun.

It is sickening and completely unnecessary. It's no wonder so many children end up with AIDS. How sad.
With all of the people adopting from Africa and other foreign countries I would hope that they are also giving money to help educate. Again, how sad.

Well thats mistaken because alot of blacks in the US dont descend from Africans. They also come from the caribbean. Most blacks dont know true African heritage anyway. They just call themselves African American because people in this country always have to state what country their ancestors are from. THey arent happy being just an American.

As far as child rapists they are disgusting people who should be castrated, but in Africa, they probably honestly dont know any better and arent educated enough about AIDS.

All I can say is that is a mental or comportamental disorder. THey must be jailed, and must not get out until cured even if they served the time. I dont think they should be castrated or killed, if they are animals(I think they are just not good in the head) the why we civilized people behave like them and killed them or castrate them? There are women sex offenders too, they should be castrated too? Its is not a hormone thing, they could realese sexual desired in so many ways, it is a mental thing they like to have sex raping and abusing.
