Hi, what do you think of my outlook of my future? Is it weird?

When I think about my future career and life, I imagine myself in the scientific field. I love studying biology, but I choose not to work on living people, merely because I do not want to help people with their problems. I think the US government is a scam, and can really help people with the diseases they have. ( I dont want to digress, but cmon, how have they not found a cure for AIDS??? And I think it is setup that when people have an illness or disease and they are finally cured with all this expensive medication, that they suddenly get another disease that will have to be treated with different, but nonetheless, medication.. which equals money for the government..) I want to go into the field of pathology, working on dead bodies. I'm not sure if I can handle it, because when I see a dead body, it creeps me out, but I don't mind needles and blood too much. But the life I imagine myself living is working on these bodies, but no children or husband is in the picture. Maybe a cat..

Sounds like fun! Oh, yes about the diseases, corporations don't want to find cures, they want to find treatments. That way people can stay on medication for their whole lives!

How come you don't want to help people with their problems just because of the government. If you don't like something about the medical field or the government, work to change it. Don't just write it off and complain. I hate people when they do that. They want to complain about this and that, yet they never think to take any action. They just wait for others to do it. Personally, I don't really care for your personality, and I would rather you weren't a doctor. I wouldn't want someone with your views and opinions trying to help keep me alive. Probably you should stick with cadavers, after all they can't argue back with you, or show any feeling. Might be right up your alley.

i dont think its crazy about what you wanna do, but i do think its crazy that u dont wanna help ppl with their problems. y not be a counselor? thats one way to help ppl, maybe not the disease. but, do feel what u wanna do. it sounds cool to find mysteries of dead bodies, like on CSI. good luck! more ppl need to be educated anyway.
