I personally think b) would do the world most good, would proberaly solve 99% of the worlds problems!

I'm not even going to dignify the suggestion that wiping out American would benefit the world. As for the other two, wiping out poverty would effect more people, and be the greater good.

Wiping out world poverty. This, in my opinion, would create a domino effect wherein most people would become at least somewhat educated. It would also eliminate famine and many diseases associated with poor sanitary conditions.

I hope your "B" answer was a joke as the United States of America has always been the "shining city on the hill" (largely in spite of whomever happens to be the sitting president). The destruction of the USA would be, frankly, disastrous to the world and mankind.
