Q. what is a good old-fashion home cure for the claps?

i know how to get rid of lice and that vermin and a lot of trusty remedies for most everything but i am afraid my aid-de-camp friday has the claps. he would be deported if he goes to a public facility, he told me. just trying to help out a poor immigrate who is trying to make a life for himself.
