What should I do with all this fancy math and science software that I don't know how to use?

I got this laptop with the following engineering and math software:
Mathcad, Matlab, Minitab14, Mathematica, and Maple.
Someone told me that I have enough computing power to create a time machine or solve every world problem or something. LOL
Too bad that I dont know how to use this stuff, and it's taking up like a gig of HD space.
Should I delete this crap, or learn how to use it and cure aids or whatever.
