What is AIDS?

If there is a cure, how to get it, where does it affect our bodies, where or how did it start.

AIDS - Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome

It is the disease that is caused by HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) which is transmitted through bodily fluids such as blood, semen, and vaginal fluids But it cannot be transmitted through saliva... HIV attacks the helper T- lymphocytes in the persons immune systems making it so that the person who has it can't fight off even simple infections. Some people become infected with HIV, but never progress to AIDS. The disease was believed to have begun somewhere in Africa starting in monkeys that people there find it accustom to eat. There is no known cure for the disease, although, there are many philanthropist groups that are currently researching AIDS and working diligently to discover a cure to the deadly virus. If you think you might have been around the disease or come into contact with someone that has it where bodily fluids aside from saliva were exchanged then you need to be tested immediately... acquired immuno-deficiency syndrome. there is no cure for it. it attacks the immune system; therefore, rendering your body incapable of fighting other infections. no one really knows how aids came to be. most researchers believed it came from the sub-sahara region of africa.

AIDS is not easy to be cure, well how you could get affected is by someone else who has it when you have sex with them.

AIDS is a disease that spreads through blood. You can get it through sexual intercourse, getting someone's blood on a cut on your body, etc. There is no cure for it - people are searching for it - but there are medicines to help relieve the pain. I really hope that you do not get it - it sucks.

there isnt a cure for this disease yet, it affects your whole boidy and it starts with HIV

HIV is a virus that is transmitted through bodily fluids including blood, semen, and vaginal fluids.
HIV attacks our helper T- lymphocytes in our immune systems making it so that we cannot fight off simple infections. Once the lymphocyte count and dropped below a certain threshold, the patient has AIDS.
Some people, however, become infect with HIV, but never progress to AIDS.
Currently, there is no cure for AIDS.
