no not yet but scientists are working on it.

not yet. maybe when were old as hell. but they will find one. they did find out though that some people are actually immune to it becuase of a cell mutation caused be their parents. each cell has a bunch of recepters to allow things to enter. but say mom has a weird cell mutation, so does dad, you get it and that causes the immunity. but both parents have to give it to you. not jus one.

so maybe they canfound out more about it and develop something.

not yet sadly there isnt one for english either, THEY i mean come on

not as of yet but technology is constantly advancing so it should be here soon. it's like having diabetes so to speak, you can treat it but not cure it completly.
