Does money "ACTUALLY" help cure diseases?

in cureing a disease, 1 of da main items needed is money,but if unlimited amount of money was donated to cureing AIDS, how much can money do that we don't already have for it?

One thing that money allows for is the research of pathology of the disease process. In the case of HIV, many studies have been about how such a slow-moving virus can seem to do so much damage. Also, we need to understand how it mutates so that drugs can be made that don't just stop working as the virus changes defenses.

Unfortunately, money also diverts research. I work with a techology that has shown health benefits in FDA studies dating back to the 1980s. Unfortunately it is nutrition-related and I was told by a doctor at a major AIDS clinic in DC that they would not tell their patients about it because it might impact their access to drugs.

Money cures nothing. Medicine cures disease. As for the rest of your question, I am sorry but it needs rewording to be understandable.

Although we do need money to help fund scientists and the tools they need to find and create cures, it still doesnt cure diseases themselves.

money itself carries alot of germs but money does power the curing of desies by powering organisations and investigations to help stop desies.
