Cure for Insomnia? |
I think I've had Insomnia my whole life but it goes in phases. I haven't slept good in at least 3 weeks and its making grumpy, irritable, and miss work. I don't like taking sleep aids b/c most of them make me not want to wake up the next morning. Any advice? i am also a insomnia sufferer and so was my father.all you need is melatonin.its an all natural herbal dietary supplement.take 1 like 30min before bedtime and you will be out like a light until the morning.its non addictive and its made to out you on a regular sleep pattern.now i sleep like normal people and i dont use it anymore.and you dont feel all groggy in the morning.good luck try to go to sleep at 9:00 every night Drink some chamomile tea an hour or so before you're supposed to head to bed. Sleep Check it out w/ a doctor or theripest to check it out. Drink a few beers before you go to bed. Works for me. 2pts Stop all caffiene and drink milk. Don't watch TV when winding down as it stimulates instead of relaxes. Get more exercise. Make yourself get up at the same time every morning whether or not you've slept well. Stay away from high sugar, low fiber foods. Nothing!!! I have it too. I just answer Yahoo questions until I get sleepy. dont take sleeping pills, its useless. i use 2 do that but they just made me wanna die. i just exercise now like daily for endorphins(hormones that make u happy or something)which help u sleep. u can even exercise just twice a week if ur not up for it. I have it. I also suffered from insomnia for most of my life, in phases, just like you, but the last 2 years were unbearable. I was both panicky and miserable. So many good ideas to try in the other answers. You may also want to check with your doctor, there may be an underlying medical condition causing your insomnia. Have a glass of red wine with a nice big spliff - you may however want to finish the bottle and smoke your brains out - with practice you can get up in the morning!!! |
