How to cure my deep Misanthropy?

I must say I really hate humans...

The last time I cried was about 10 years ago when I was just a kid.
I never loved anyone...recently I stoped seeing my friends, because I think they are stupid...and without ambitions and so on.
I don't have a gf. and don't want to have one, I don't want to have kids as well.
I didn't cry even when my father passed away several years ago of cancer(then I was 18, now 'am 22).

And however the most amazing part is that I feel very deep compassion to the human suffers and death.
I mean I wish every human to live forever and not die...and I feel very bad to know that some kid dies of cancer or AIDS for example.

Most people who don't care about others don't even care about themselves.....my advice to you is to seek out professional medical help......to get to the bottom of why it's been 10yrs since you've cried or cared. You know what the answer is......you just need some help to figure it out. Once you do.......I'll bet you'll turn out to be a wonderful person.

Yeah... I also think this sounds like an internal problem. You should definitely seek counseling/therapy of some kind and try to express your honest and exact feelings to someone else. The actual cause of this might be tricky to find... perhaps you should try to deal with other problems in your life as well (e.g. dissatisfaction with job or school). Maybe that will open your eyes to other possible feelings.
