Why are people so against biracial dating? |
I dont understand? Im black, togan/soman, Indian, white and mexican. But my skin color is brown. My hole family looks like we're not related, thats how mixed my family is. But people seem to have a problem with that. I tell them about my family racial and they still call me black and thats it. Not that im not but im also mexican, indian, samoan/togan and white. I dated this punjabi guy and people said nasty remarks to us. I dont understand y race has to be the number one issue in this society. Unfortunately people are still very narrow minded in this world. Race is not how anyone should be judged by, but historically race was divisional aspect of the world in general and those old ways of looking at the world have continued instead of dying off. I personally can't wait til we're all brown. And no, that's not a joke, things would just be so much better, no more judging others on their skin color. And I believe one day we will all be brown :) I don't know but it really makes me mad. I am white and my uncle married a black woman- who is my favorite aunty. She's just so funny and intelligent and good at what she does (She's a program officer for a fundraising firm). I think people need to wake up and realize it's 2006 not the 50s! Come on now. I'm black American and my boyfriend is from Kosovo and when we're together, some people scowl, smack their lips and shake their heads. This is simply because they are juvenile and sadly very ignorant people who have not yet figured out that humans are humans. |
