Are there any aids or foundations for the disease Pleuropulmonary blastoma?

i am doing research for this little girl in my english class she has the disease for pleuripulmonary blastoma and i am looking to see if i can find any foundations that i can find information on i looked at the google searchs and got no were soo i am asking any one to help m and i am also loking for an aid to try and help i know there is like really no cure for cancer other then chemo and maybe medicine of somesort but i juss need research to help me pass this calss
