How AID be come the only disease that have no cure?

How AID be come the only disease that have no cure?

it's not... there are many diseases with no cures

hell even the common cold has no cure.

did we forget cancer?

its not ... theres also cancer and many more...

it's not the only one.

Hello... earth here. Come in.... over

It isn't. Malaria is another disease with no cure. There are many others.

It's a virus and I can't think of a single virus out there that we have cured yet.

Aids is definitely not the only disease that has no cure...there are lots and lots of others out there.

Today's medicine can "treat" most diseases but "cure" very few. Mompoo is right ... if it is a virus we don't have a cure. And we don't know for sure how many of our diseases are cause by viruses.

aids is the end result of hiv. like all other viral diseases hiv has no cure. note however that a person with aids will almost always succumb to a plethora of curable diseaes like TB diarrhea, bacterial pneumonia etc

Cure or good enough treatment. AIDs mutates everytime it is passed from person to person. Even if they had a cure right now 20 people late would have a differant stran that the cure would not touch. The commom cold can't be cured but can be treated and in a short time is gone but the cold stran has pretty much stayed the same so we know you get a cold go to the store and gewt some cold meds. With aids the meds they have only slow it down but it never is cured.

You are an idiot. Please don't breed.

How do we know for sure that there isn't a cure???? The government wont tell us everything ya know. Plus there is too much money to be made by pharmaceutical companies without a cure.

Cancer, AIDS, the cold, you see? Many things. Hundreds actually.
