Is it true that Magic Johnson doesn't have aids anymore?

I heard Magic talking on t.v. about no longer having aids that it was a blessing from God. Is there a cure?

I don't think that Magic ever had AIDS, he has HIV and still has it.

Honestly, Magic NEVER had AIDS, he had the HIV virus, which enver developed into AIDS abd is pretty much controlled in his situation.

If he didn't have aids any more it would be a Blessing from God ! Because there is no known cure for aids..

Magic Johnson still has AIDS, but his viral load (an indicator of AIDS) is so low that it is undetectable. It is possible that he can still spread the disease because he still has the virus, it is just well controlled with drugs. He may even not be on drugs b/c he is on a "drug holiday" which he may continue until the virus presents itself again. I hope that helps.

He never had AIDS. Yes, he has been blessed with enough money to be on every drug treatment out there, which has kept the HIV virus at bay, almost to the point where it is undetectable.

Magic has HIV and he was on the Oprah Winfrey Show just the other day talking about his HIV and health maintainence thereof. HIV is a virus that causes AIDS. (human Immunodeficinecy Virus can cause Aquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrom).

He never had AIDS, AIDS is the last stage of the HIV virus.

This is why we want our kids to stay in school!!!
