Scientists are to follow a code of ethics. He/she should be fired. If he/she made breakthroughs, then other scientists can follow through on the studies. It's never just one person who discovers these breakthroughs. Even laboratory technicians make discoveries. His/her work will continue. He/she should be fired.

no, however you cannot express racism in the work place. in that case he should be not only fired, but destroyed.

No, I do not think that he should be dismissed. Racism is bad, but a cure for cancer or AIDS would help people of all races, and I would not want that to be jeopardized.

If he saves millions of lives, who cares if he hurts someone's feelings. He will die eventually, but his work will live on!

Well would he only give out the cure to his own race? If he would not treat everybody the same then he should be fired....after he gives us the cure. Tee hee.
