Need help how is it all these man made sex diease but no cure i need a good answer?

How is it that their no cure for Aids and Herpes that you can't cure but they are. MAN MADE Do'nt UNDERSTAND I NEED A GOOD ANSWER

To date there are no known way for man to stop a virus.(Aids,Herpes)
They can only help with the symptoms of a virus.(cold virus=help with the fever or the cough)
The one sure way is to heat it but that would kill the host.
Yeah can't give you a good answer cause there still isn't one.
Testing to see if there is a drug that can kill a virus takes years of trial and error.
