Can the disease AIDS be cured in the initial stage?

There is no cure.
There exists, however a number of treatments that can dramatically slow down the progression of the disease. People can now expect to live for 20, 30 years or even more once they have been diagnosed with HIV.

No but can be prevented.but technology is advancing.can keep under control .this is no longer a killer disease and sort of chronic disease like diabetic.but need continuous medication.

Unfortunately, there is no cure, because they dont know what causes AIDS. For 10 years they've dumped money into HIV research, and yet... they still cant prove HIV causes AIDS.

IN FACT: there have been cases of AIDS patients who did not have HIV... logic? anyone?

Whatever the case, they prescribe some nasty nasty drugs to treat the symptoms of AIDS, most of which should be avoided, since they do more harm than good.
Particularly a drug called AZT... Never ever ever take that junk... It attacks and destroys random T-Cells in your blood, of which maybe 1 in 1000 are actually infected with AIDS...

Oh man im already on a rant... sorry folks, but the truth is, nearly everyone has the HIV virus... and have for over a century. It's harmless, and has NOT been proven to cause AIDS. They just want your money, and your fear.

And who do we have to thank for this terrible misuse of tax dollars?
