Firstly I don't know if that initial statement is correct, but if they are nomadic, it could be that they keep to themselves (are insular) and don't encourage their members (or actively discourage) having sex with people outside of the tribe, to keep the tribe's bloodlines pure, and its that, and not the camel's milk that keeps them aids free, because if they don't bring aids into the tribe, the members can't get infected. Assuming again, that your first statement is correct.
