Can HIV/AIDS be cured or Is there any solution to it?

Currently, there is no known cure for HIV/AIDS.
There are very good, but expensive treatments that can vastly improve the amount of time that you will live, but in the end you will die of HIV/AIDS complications.

Hi.I have been HIV positive 6 yrs.There is no cure but I remain hopeful that they have one soon.This disease is out of control and it turns your life upside down.I was on the meds for 4 months but had to go off of them cause they are so toxic and made me so sick.My doctor put me on them to early anyways.My counts are fine so for now I don't have to take those horrible pills.Pray for a cure.We need it badly.
