Is it possible that aids could be cured through the food?

i mean cancer can be cured through food we eat? why not aids???

AIDS is a lifetime disease that cannot be cured. It has no known treatment for this eversince b/c the virus is hard to cure. Even drinking meds cannot eradicate the virus it just slows the virulence of it. Let's just hope that in the future people can discover a drug that can cure AIDS.

Since when can cancer be cured with food? If it did we could all go to St. Judes Hospital for children and tell them to eat califlower to rid themselves of that nasty tumor on their brains. Wow what a concept.
But I can see how aids can be cured with food. Simple, just eat pizza instead of having unprotected sex with an unknown partner, or eat ice cream instead of sharing needles. Works for me.

AIDs is a STD that cannot be cured. AIDs is something you get from sharing food (Or just not being careful!) So, be careful in the future...

no, not possible. AIDS is chronic disease- lifelong disease, only way to reduce the disease to make more better is take mecidiens everyday, non stop or aids get worse, really. meds help increase years to your life
