so many programmes have been conducted worldwild yet nothing,is it more political than reality? people die everyday of aids related illnesses especially in Africa why

Unfortunatly we are not all that much closer to the cure, we are close to having ways to prevent new infections (topical microbiocide use), but we are many years away from a cure at best. The politics of HIV/AIDS are unfortunate, and hopefully someday people will put patients lives first.
