Somebody told me cancer and aids was man made disease and they have the cure it's all about money?

your thoughts?

Aids was taken to Africa by our govt, I seen a documentary a while back on hbo. They gave it to monkeys but we don't see monkeys dead everywhere.

Cancer is not a man-made disease as it is a genetic mutation causing oncogenes to act in excess, this causes the tumours that are common in many cancers. Cancer can be caused by certain man-made products for example cigarettes. Aids, again is not a man made disease but its prevelance can be attributed to the human sex-drive and lack of responsibility when it comes to sex. There are treatments for aids and its predecessor HIV but these only work 50% of the time and have to be administered within 1 hour of exposure to the virus or disease.

if you mean man made as in we did this to ourselves then yes. we poluted the earth and in turn it pollutes us right back, aids, well if we didnt put our parts in places they didnt belong then this virus would never have gotten this bad. its been around for awhile, but it started as a virus and anyone who has ever gotten sick can tell you, if you build up an immunity to a drug the virus gets reistant and stronger...so yeah. i think we created the monsters but i dont think we are inflicting them on purpose.

I don't think they were man made. I do believe we have the science and technology for a cure, but it's a matter of money. Some people think the cures for both have already been made, but drug companies that provide the existing meds for those diseases won't let the actual cure be produced, as they are making more money off the current drugs. I don't think that's fully true. If there are cures, they have not yet been perfected and tested, that also takes money and time.

The only thing man-made here is conspiracy theory.

Why is the food that we get so deficient in these elements? Here you might have a point. Some people would say Agribusiness.
