U have only 1 miracle magic portion to cure the whole World : Aids or Cancer?

Cancer, as long as it cures ALL forms of cancer. That would save more people I think.

Portion? Cure cancer. AIDS is God's way of saying there are too many people on earth.

I guess AIDS because they do have some kind of cure for Cancer.

AIDS. the fact that it's a voracious disease that once you catch it death is sure to come. at least cancer can be prevented through early detection, proper diet and a healthy lifestyle.

i would pick cancer...my whole family had suffered with it and i have lost 2 family members from it...aids is really somthing you cant keep from getting..i mean..wear a condom..but cancer..your not able to just "catch" it...i was there when my uncle took his very last breath after fighting cancer for 2 years..so i would cure cancer...b/c i would really like to have my uncle back...awww...tear :-(

Cancer- I believe aids can be prevented for the most part or at least precautions can be taken--cancer just attacks for no apparent reason a lot of the time.

AIDS including all STDs so instead of saying hallo i can say hey guys/girls want to have sex with me.

Cancer. Not only because there are ways to protect yourself against AIDS, but knowing the cause of cancer can help us somewhat find a cure for AIDS. If we can get infected cels ot stop multiplying, maybe we can halt HIV from spreading as well!

Cancer, my son had cancer and died at the age of 3. It's like a wait to die disease. There are ways to protect from aids. Cancer is like you and your friends play pick the straw and you came up with the short one. It's unpredictable.

Cures for both..government makes too much money off of death..meds, chemo, etc they won't expose the cure...why would the government want people to get cured when all of their profits would go down the drain? If you think about it and all the millions each disease has so far raised..and still no cure? nah they have it...they're just not telling. The big killers Aids, cancer, MS, Alzheimer's and on and on..drugs for these diseases cost $ which goes to the government. What happens when people are cured? No revenue.makes perfect sense to me..
Oh, and all the donations people are kind and naive enough to make, go towards the white collars sitting behind a desk booking their next vacation in the name of an Aids cure..what a joke
