When do you think there is going to be a cure for HIV/AIDS? |
When do you think there is going to be a cure for HIV/AIDS? maybe soon..however,prevention is better than cure.. no, there is no cure for HIV/AIDS yet but there is treatment (medications) that can prolonged life. the best way as some other people said in this forum is to always used protection before having sex with someone you don't know its health background. Report It education is important especially among teenagers since they are in high rise of infection to HIV positive. this got to stop as thousands of people die and infected every day and millions of people suffer every single day Report It Very soon - there are medical advances everyday... I am certain Aid's will be cured before cancer... Oh well now that Bill Gates has given his billions to finding a cure it should be any day now. Unless of course it is delayed by another bug. Simple, don't have sex without protection. That actually won't work though, but I think in the next 10 years scientists will develop a cure, even a vaccination that every must take. Who knows, AIDS could be the next black plague! Don't mean to frighten, it's just so serious:) Sure! And after that, some new 'incurable' disease turns up and the government/medical people will be asking for funds again for research. It never ends! personally no not as long has they are recieving millions and millions from charity--it is all research until there is no more money coming in-- in our great country its all about the mighty dollar( and everybody's cut of the dollar pie) and what it brings and can do-- look around you at all the tech. that's there and we cannot find a cure??? mmmmmmmmmmmmm I don't know, Why dont you ask Magic Johnson. Hi pitball I think there is a cure already. It just costs millions of dollars. ex. Magic Johnson Never, the pharmaceutical companies are making so much money off of the medicine why would they cure it. |
