Nope. If they did, somebody would have leaked it by now. Moreover, why would they expend the resources needed to develop a cure only to keep it a secret?

There's no cure for AIDS or any other viral infection that I know of. There exists no cure for the common cold, and it's been a problem a lot longer than AIDS, granted it's not as serious in most cases.

If you all really want to know, then prepare yourselves for the answer, because this is not conspiracy theory, it is fact that you can look up for yourself.
