By "cure" you mean to rid a body of HIV and keep the person living - the answer is "no" there is nothing that will work for everybody, BUT there are the occasional stories of someone who was miraculously cured.

However, if you dont mind if the patient dies, then the answer is "yes" - be thankful we live in times and have laws in place that dont allow genocidal treatments to be administered.

Currently, leading technology is focused on preventing this insidious virus from replicating once it enters a host (theory: no replication - no cannibalizing healthy cells - no internal spread). These drugs are making their way into the pipeline.
