I think so. They use them as a form of population control. But if you have the right connections and the right amount of money, than you'll be okay.

Yes, with all the technology and things today, the better question would be How do they NOT have a cure..

this is a very touchy subject... so i guess yes.

"They" are making waaaayyy too much money and employing waaayyy too many people to cure anything like that. All of the drug companies, doctors, researchers, etc. that specialize in those kinds of things would be out of work if cures were made available. I absolutely believe "They" have cures.

Scientists are experimenting hard to find out medicines for these two diseases, and they have succeeded to some extent in their efforts. How many medicines they have successfully found out. How many types of diseases they have cured. All these are gaining to mankind.

We are creating diseases ourselves neglecting the warnings. We are smoking, we know the after effect of smoking. "Prevention is better than cure" is merely remaining as a proverb. No one is adhering to it. We ourselves are inviting diseases and accusing the Government authorities. This is a worldwide trend. I don't agree to that point of view.
