Why is the world behind to find the cure for AIDS?

i think that's a both easy and hard question. easy, i think it' s just a matter of time, scientists all around the world are endeavoring to do it; hard, i want cite someone's opinion on positivesingles.com, the task need many support, of which tech is the NO.1. as we know, HIV virus have so many anamorphoses, so it's quite difficult to create a certain medicine or therapy to deal with it.

I think its politically incorrect to use the words "behind" and "aids" in the same sentence.

There are currently drugs available that enabled a HIV positive person to live a normal life span. The treatment is not cheap, but for someone living in the US, HIV is not a death sentence anymore....
