One recent drug is called Stavudine made by Aurobindo Pharma LTD. of Hyderabad, India. This is for use by pediatric patients with aids and is available through the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). Depending upon where you are located (US/Europe v. other places) there are now a bunch of drug that suppress the HIV virus. Long term suppression leads to reasonably good control of the virus. Report It Ther is no cure for AIDS. Only reatment to ease symptoms. No cure yet for AIDS but there are some meds for relief of some symptoms. Hopefully there will be a cure very soon. there is no cure Not yet .the research is going on. |
