Do you think there is a cure for aids?

I believe there are cures for a lot of things including AIDS but the drug companies will never give it to us.

no there is not, if there was, people would not be suffering from it in other countries.

If the government isn't hiding the cure so they can make more money from pharmaceuticals, I hope to help discover it when I graduate.

As of now, government and doctors say no.

I know of a lot of controversy over this topic on where it came from, whether it was created by the government for population control, and whether or not the government has the cure hidden away.

I personally feel that if the government cares about the countries people and their health and get all of these kinds of health benefits and keeps signing for funds for better health care, I don't think that they would hide this type of cure for something as serious as this.

I feel that if we are over populated, the government would not have chosen to create a horrible disease such as this and if they didn't create it, I don't think that they would hide a cure for it.

I think that they would have resorted to an army draft of some sort before they thought about creating some type of disease and not make the cure available for people.

I don't think that the government is careless about people's health if they are trying to find ways to increase the ways that all people can have some type of health care or insurance.

I hope that one day there will be a cure for HIV/AIDS...it is a serious problem in the world and it is a scare for everyone.

As of now, I don't think that there is a cure because the virus is a smart smart smart virus.

Unlike the cold or flu, which is the same as it contracts from person to person, the virus that causes HIV and AIDS is changing as it is passed from person to person.

It gains resistance to drugs and mutates depending on the person.

My microbio teacher said that they once thought that they had the cure for HIV/AIDS but supposedly, it was only for a rare strand of the virus.

And they have this vaccine for it but surprisingly, it increased the chances of contracting the illness.

Hopefully one day, we will see peace from this horrible sickness. =)

People are saying that they will never release the cure for HIV/AIDS although they have it because they will lose the money and taxes from the cost of cocktail drugs and placebo that HIV/AIDS patients are paying but people have to take into consideration that the cure for HIV/AIDS would be an EXTREME and OUTSTANDING cost compared to the cocktail drugs, antibiotics and placebo that people are buying now.

And for life, people would be willing to pay whatever it took to get the cure.

So, they would probably be gaining more money for the people willing to spend an extravagant amount on the cure.

There is only one cure for AIDS, it is death. If you have AIDS you will die from it.

I've known people that have had an AIDS defining illness but they're still alive.
