Why hasn't anyone found the cure to AIDS?

There are many diifferent types of AIDS. It also keeps changeing and mutating.

They have. Because it hasn't been recognized by pharmaceutical companies the doctors won't recognize it either. But I have heard of thousands of people all over the world who have healed themselves using herbs and herbal formulae. Doctors' don't want you to know this because then you will be buying your medicine really cheap that actually works and they won't be getting their kickbacks from the drug companies for proscribing worthless drugs. There are several reputable herbal sites that can and have helped people heal themselves of all cancers, diabetes, lupus and yes even AIDS. Which is the main reason you never hear about any of these supposedly miraculous cures. They aren't cures, they are methods to teach you to retrain your body to heal itself. Another reason doctors don't want you to know.

Not that I agree with the reasoning but,

Because it's killing junkies, hookers, and other less than desirable folks. It's kind of a spray and pray solution to the problems so lots of others get in the path as well.
