One can certainly improve one's immunity and thereby escape from the ill effects of AIDS by consuming all vegetables well cooked and fruits, including at least 1/2 kgs of garlic cooked with other food and by doing yogasans and meditation( through an experienced spiritual teacher) regularly.

I am a Torontonian (Canada) and so far there is no cure for HIV. Western scientists are still busy in their research and just so you know Bill Gates (one of the richest person in North America) has signed a contract with Prime Minister of Canada Steven Harper donating a big amount for the AIDS research.
