There are so many smart people in the world why can't they all come together and find a cure for aids or cance

There are people who have blown throught school and colleges before they have hit puberty written books on every subject know to man. But still millions of people are effected with aids and million have cancer where is a cure if they are so smart?

both were created by goverments in the first place to control the population so if they cure them then they will have to start a new one.

Another disease would probably be ineffecting the world as soon as there's a cure for AIDS anyway.

For the love of god, we have a cancer vaccine for cervical cancer and it almost did not get approved by the FDA because religous leaders fear it would cause an unprotected sex explosion. Your premise is wrong, it isn't why can't they, because they can. The question is why don't they come together. First off, watch the movie "And The Band Played On". It is all about $$$, government power over people, and religous zealots who will not allow science to interfere in God cleansing the Gays and the sick. Polio is the last disease that we have completely irradicated. That was 50 years ago, but polio affected the leader of the free world. So unless Magic Johnson runs for office, Aids will stay.

It's way more than money. Trust me, there are people working day and night on that. It's difficult. There are constant research projects going on so that they could further understand these issues, and even more research projects to test preventative measures, treatments, and cures. If you think it's so easy, I dare you to try it; but in the meantime, I assure you that they're working on it.

Also, there are constraints by the government because many people think cloning (therapeutic cloning NOT reproductive cloning) and embryonic stem cell research is wrong. These research fields hold the most medical promise this world has seen since the discovery of penicillin. The government simply just wont let us proceed with it the way we need to though.

that is a very good question, it is not that cures are not available for those conditions but that one cure dose not do for every one , there are many forms of Cancer , what i am saying is that their are people who spend their life looking for answers to these conditions,but you are dealing with living organisms they mutate and become resistant to to the chemicals used to destroy them so it has to start over, it is frustrating to every one,,

if you have any suggestions on how to get rid of these conditions pleas pleas tell some one, and if you are so concerned about it and think that their is a short fall in the effort of people working on it, work towards becoming a researcher in the medical field and perhaps you will be the one to fined the cures.

Researchers are having good success with olive leaf extract,grapefruit seed extract, and colloidal silver as natural anti-virals. I have used them for years on me and my family and I can tell you they work. For cancer I heard of a product named ESSIAC which is a tea made from parts of four plants and is supposed to be pretty good. Go online and research these for yourself. The reason you don't hear much about these is that natural products can't be patented and a ton of money can't be made on them.
