Did someone already find a cure for AIDS?

My friend told me that some guy found a natural cure for aids a long time ago, but some ppl gave that person money so he wouldn't share the secret with anyone.

Also what does AIDS stand for because I dont belive my other friend that it's an "Anal Injected Death Sentence"

lots of cures have been found actually but the virus mutates way too much and adapts to the medication so it gets unneficient over time.

I bet the government has but there is just to much money being made from all the pills that people with AIDS have to take for them to release the cure....

I have never heard that but I can still tell you that that is definitely not true! i mean if it was, first off it makes no sense, and secondly, the people getting it from would offer him a much bigger sum of money to tell and even so, I don't there is any way someone could just find a cure like that without having neccessary resources that medical researchers with top notch degrees would have, I mean, how would they be able to test it? It just makes no sense. Your friend needs to check their sources.

I am a conspiracy theorists when it comes to this disease. I think that the pharmaceutical companies do have a cure but it is so much more profitable to charge this absorbent price for a few pills.

Nope.,..even though we have been hearing that by taking some herbs n doing some breathing yoga,it cures aids, n many other diseases but it has not been proven scientifically yet.

honestly yes im sure they have. like the first answer said. the goverment isnt going to release it because they are making so much money off of all the treatments, i was just talking about this the other day.

i think they may even have the cures for cancers. but again, they are making so much money for the treatments. which is really wrong, the goverment isnt what it may seem. most people are all for them but when you think about it they are the ones ruining everything and taking out freedom away from us. thats why im glad bush isnt going to be president for to much longer.

Your friends are wrong on both fronts.

Too bad for them that he doesn't realise what AIDS stands for, and thinks it can be cured. They're wrong to think you can only get it from anal sex, too - any contact with bodily fluids can do it. I'd also take the opportunity to note that it isn't a 'gay disease' either. The problem with these myths is that straight people think a) they're invulnerable and b) they can be cured of HIV anyway. They make a mistake, which then kills them.
