The real cure for aids?

being that there's not a cure for aids, how can there be certain medications that can help someone manage this deadly disease?

The problem with AIDS is that when the virus replicates it mutates. The "triple cocktail" consists of three seperate drugs which attack different parts of the virus. This kills a certain amount of the virus but does not kill it completely. There are certain strains of the virus that develope over time that have a resistance to the drugs used. In addition to this over time new drugs will have to be developed to combat aids. The real cure for aids at this point in time is education. People need to learn about AIDS and how it is spread, in order to stop the spreading of the virus. Just saying abstinence is not good enough, people need to be taught about safe sex, condoms and safe drug injecting to stop this problem.
