The way the question is worded, 0%. All people die from AIDS eventually, no matter the values or lack thereof from the partner.

But, IF people were to follow the Word of God and adhere to Christian values, AIDS would not be spread between them.

At least it wouldn't be spread sexually. There would still probably be cases of AIDS spread through transfusions, but those would still be pretty rare.

I see no values in Christianity that could have stopped the spread of AIDS. The values that could slow the rate of infection are not exclusivly "Christian" values.
