Not sure what this has to do with diabetes. But the cure for AIDS is simply abstinence or safe sex. If the promiscous fools out there would quit spreading it, there wouldn't be a problem.

I am not sure anybody can cure AIDS. They have been researching for years.

I think if there ever is a cure in the meantime we should all educate ourselves more about how to protect ourselves from it and others.
