AID'S/HIV cure Exists!?!?!?!?

Apparently there are a number of chemists and scientists that have actually found a cure for aids, but as soon as they do, they get major death threats from an unknown organisation or whatever. a guy told me his mom found a cure, she got threatened not to say a word, and that whole family practically lives with bodygaurds these days.

If this organization does exist, do they do it for money? Or is it power? Or both?

Personally, i think you would make more money selling a cure for aids rather than keeping the cure a secret.

Anyone know anything about this....?

ok i just wanna say this to those that say its a government conspiracy your facts are off, there are people out there working day in and day out to find that cure, and to tell people that there is not a cure that is possible is just ignorant, im hiv negitive, but lets put this in reality a cure is quite possible in the next 10 yrs, this disease's days are numbered, just check out any research ya want and for those infected just hold on, its on its way, i've even heard of a drug that could eradicate it, possibly approved in about 2- 3yrs, and my passion about this is people shouldn't die b/c of sex we've been doing that since the get go of time, or be deterred from thinkin that a cure isn't possible, b/c in reality, it will be alot sooner than ya think:)

*rolls eyes* Because there are some truly stupid people in this world, let me point out what's wrong with this picture. People think drug companies are hiding a cure for AIDS because they would make more money giving them maintenance drugs. Hmm...

Considering that AIDS is ravaging millions of the POOREST people in the world who cannot afford to take maintenance drugs and need them donated, there is no mathetmatically plausible way drugs companies are making a lot of money on AIDS.

Wanna know how drug companies make big bucks? They focus on lifestyle drugs that treat minor conditions that affect people who can pay out of pocket. Hair loss? Obesity? Erectile dysfunction? Yeah, those are money makers.

AIDS? Not so much.
